I also think it should be partly added by votes by owners or their assigned person. Disallow voting for their own players.
This would help weed out those players that basically go with a Pass Only / Run Only set up to give a couple players a giant stat list.

add in a multiplier for the # of that position on a team's roster, ie *6 if a team runs 6 WR and *5 if a team runs five. alternatively have the multiplier related to plays/gm
