In the spirit of the holiday season, I'm going to start referring to GLB2 as "The Gobbledygooker."

Some updates worth noting:

- 10 new signature abilities added
- League code updated to support divisions, and XP earned amounts updated to reflect the change in the number of games (750 instead of 1000, some of the tier bonuses changed)
- Updates to hall of fame page to show leaders' stats

I'll grab the 10 new sig abilities to share here in a moment.

I think these are the ten. I could be mistaken on one or two of them. Certain positions I haven't paid much attention to their SAs (e.g. kicker).

Beat Down

In regards to ladder rankings, they are off an ELO-based rating system and carry over from season to season.

Bort's goal is to have "an ongoing competition along with a season-to-season competition".

Trash Talk wasn't new.

"You're Next
Type: Active (chance activation)
Powered by: Intimidation

Chance for +sprinting, +quickness, and +footwork after pancaking opponent"

Was supposed to be "Leg Swept".
When engaged with an opposing player, and your opponent is off-balance, gives a chance to instantly knock them down with a sweep of the leg.
Powered by "Footwork"

Chance for +sprinting, +quickness, and +footwork after knocking down opponent"

The one you are missing from the list is Hail Mary.

Hail Mary
Powered by Pass Power
Less than 2 minutes in the 4th Quarter, throwing to a receiver in the endzone or at least 30 yards downfield.
Increase to Pass Power, Pass Accuracy, Pass Technique, decrease to Pass Consistency

To clarify, the leg swept version was TT's recommendation.

I expect that there are a whole bunch more abilities coming. Lucky 7's didn't make the last release and Bort seemed to like that one.

I'll have to play around with them a bit, but I'm worried that "catch in stride" might make speed WRs like Barry Allen OPed. I think knocking down the activation chance might be required. Even at the lowest level, the 100% no loss of balance makes it a really strong value no matter what speed the WR is.

Yeah. It wasn't your mistake in transcription, it was Bort's error in choosing to rename it.

Same as "Beat Down" was called "Stay Down", which I named from my old Hockey days. In my first year of contact, I was paired up with my older brother, my step-brother, and a guy who ended up playing Pro Football as an o-lineman for the hitting drills. All of them had almost a foot on me, and the last one had at least 100 pounds on me (even though we were like 10 years old). My Brother hits me, knocks me down. My Step-Brother hits me, knocks me down. Ogre hits me and sends me on my ass and back into the boards. He skates up to me and offers this advice (in his way too low of an octave voice for someone who shouldn't have hit puberty), "just stay down".

"Beat Down" implies the hitting strength (or an assault?) to put someone on the ground. "Stay Down" implies the intimidation that causes the other player to lose morale, energy, and makes them stay down longer than they otherwise would.
