Why is this not done yet?

Is it that hard?

If it's not possible why doesnt Bart just post that it wont happen or whatever, this epic suggestion forum is a waste, getting people's hopes up for no reason.

Everyone knew that when Bort posted in one thread in Suggestions, everyone would demand that he comment on each and every suggestion...

If its EPIC then he should.

i started a thread on something similar to this in the suggestions thread about 3 weeks ago - http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=3994695&page=1 - it got some attention early and then it died off

i think this may be a better place to propose it as i think it fits right in

fell free to comment on it

i guess this is similar to a pro bowl type of thing - it seems as though it could be a feasible addition to the game, but not like MVP - no other gains for your player other than maybe a trophy and being listed on the league home page

ok so when you at your players award page it has a break down of you players rank overall and then on each side of the ball and then has a break down of your players ranking at his respective position in the conference

- so say you have the #2 Conference all QB rank - your QB would then be a second team all conference player
- then say a position like WR, CB, LB, OT, G, DE, DT, etc. would be like 1 and 2 ranked would be first team 3 and 4 would be second team

again this is just a thought i had and was curious what others thought
it would just be a recognition type thing and have no added value to your player as i have listed here

what does you think, any thoughts or ideas, is this even a good idea or feasible?

I think its a good idea except have it all cpu run...coaches/gms already do a lot with the regular season I'm sure they wouldn't want another game to add on to the list plus the offseason duties.

So I think the depth chart should be set by the stats/mvp rating set up in each conference then the player agents get a special little trophy pop up that says 'pro bowl player'

DAMN! How much time will it take for this to be implemented?

I like the idea, but it should be done through voting.

Players in the conference get the votes. A vote for a guy on your team=1 vote. A vote for a guy on another team in your conference=4 votes. Anyone from outside the conference or from wherever can chime in with a.05 vote.

GM votes could also count like the players', if the GM positions were limited to actual GMs

It sure would be fun, and they already have rankings by position so it shouldn't really be hard to do.
