you recruited no one. recruiting is what is done with FREE AGENTS. the only one you recruited is the now poof gone former owner of that AAA team.

He did not trade for these guys, they were all FA's.


So they were all released and picked up instead of traded. Shows even more sign of collusion because a FA can be picked up for cheap whereas the trade system forces you to give something in return.

well....i initially thought he traded for these guys, then it was explained to me that the trade machine would have balanced the trade. I'd have less issue if that was the case. But, he did get these guys off the FA wire, and whenever I sign someone from FA I do factor in if they have other players I might be able to acquire. I think we all do. The AAA team was gutted no doubt, and the person who gutted the team should be penalized. I can't really find fault with alca other than poor ethics.

It's the fact that cash means nothing in this league. If cash were an issue, no way could someone hire ten mercenaries off the FA wire without bankrupting their team. If they wanted to do that for one season, fine....but here he could sign them all for peanuts because of the way the game is designed.

A bunch of pro's go back to high school ball is basically what this is. And they go there not for cash but to beat up on the high school kids. Unrealistic.

that is a good fix. set a lvl where at the start of the season, if you are above that lvl you cannot join the lower league.

I like the idea for the most part, but lets say I want to trade my top 3 CB's that are all level 10's. For 1 standout CB that is level 16. Now your saying that trading all my depth for 1 higher leveled guy can't be done. Their needs to be a cap on the introduced FA levels and a group of people viewing trades.

The difference is that our players were gotten by developing them from the ground up or recruiting them piece by piece as free agents with a great deal of time patience and above all else INTEGRITY. I am confused as to why you have so frequently tried to defend a guy who gutted a team? Perhaps your standards are lower than everyone else. Perhaps Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens are your two favorite ball players.
