Honolulu Beach Boys v Montana Crow 31-3 Beach Boys
After throwing a 0 TD 2 INTs last game Mr. Vick is ready to come in and make plays all over Montana¡¦s weak defense. Montana has lost 4 games previously and this game will be game 5. Expect Honolulu to move up even further and make a strong push for that top seed.
Eugene SLUGS v Chicago Inferno 24-14 Inferno
QB Brady Lead of Chicago had a rough week getting trampled by the Huskers. He mentally prepared to come out this week and make a statement attempting to improve upon the 46% completion average thrown last week. The SLUG¡¦s defense plans to be stubborn and make him earn every score. Fortunately for the Inferno they will earn those scores taking this game and giving the SLUGs their first loss in four games.
Huskers Illustrated Bugeaters v Los Angeles Express 35-28 Express
Easily the game of the week for the BBB #12 League. The Huskers come in against the top Western seed in the league ready to continue their roll after demolishing a good team in the Chicago Inferno. The Express though have other ideas in mind coming off a fresh 37-0 win over PTP proving their team is deserving of the top seed. This game will be very close to call but I have to give it to the Express because they have much better depth.
Possum Trout Plague v Minnesota Mountain Lions 21-7 Lions
PTP and the Lions both have 2-4 records but appear to be headed in separate directions. PTP has dropped 3 straight while the Lions have won 2 in a row even if against questionable opponents. I think the Lions go in with the confidence needed to pull this one and I will call Run Forrest Run to have a big day. MML takes this game.
Frankfurt Universe v Seattle Buffaloes 38-28 Buffaloes
Seattle Buffaloes although yet to find a fitting logo have managed to almost finally purge their starters of CPU players and even won their second game against the league¡¦s worst team Spokane Owls. The Universe come in pissed and angry ready to put a stomping on the Buffaloes since they haven¡¦t won a game since their 9-6 W in Week 2. Unfortunately for the Universe it won¡¦t be this week. Expect big things out of Buffaloe¡¦s Leonidas Griffin.
Long Beach All Stars v Tana River Ewoks 37-14 Galactic Empire
The Galactic Empire v the Ewoks of Tana River. This should be a no brainer with the fact that the Galactic Empire has much better players due to a recent controversial trade by Emperor BullFrogOnNet, BUT never underestimate the Ewoks. The Galactic Empire has possibly the leagues worse chemistry while the Ewoks are the happiest little guys around. Do I see an upset brewing? Well, even as cool as Ewoks are those wooden sticks won¡¦t be enough to bring down the Empire. Sorry Ewoks...
Dallas Hitmen v Houston Toxins 24-17 Hitmen
The Toxins are easily the leagues worst best team. Dallas Hitmen although 3-3 are a contender and if you ever played Tecmo Super Bowl you know how stupid CPU players are. Hitmen should take this game or retire.
Spookane Owls v Timpanogos Thunder 21-7 Thunder
Spokane Owls, share the league¡¦s worst record but recently the team has been on a binge of signing players. Call it skill call it luck call it a lack of teams for players to sign with that they¡¦d sign with any team even the Spookane Owls. Call it whatever you want, the Owls have recruited and done well. Expect them to come in looking stronger then usual just not strong enough to take the Thunder down.
Awesomeville Bearphins v Bonita Beef Supreme 42-10 Bearphins
Bearphins put up one of the biggest suprises in surpressing Tecmo¡¦s league leading offense. Call it fluke or whatever you like but they did it and did it well. When looking at rosters they almost appear even but Bonita has never won against a good opponent while the Bearphins have shown what they are made of. Expect a big win by the Phins.
Brooklyn Legacy v Charleston Mountaineers 38-7 Legacy
One of the biggest matchups of the year ended in disfavor for the Legacy after dropping to the Badgers 30-3. Legacy¡¦s offense sputtered gaining less then 100 yards while the leagues leading defense gave up 450 yards and 30 points. Expect adjustments to be made and Brooklyn to come out looking badass. Brooklyn easily takes this one¡K
New Orleans Night Trippers v Tecmo All Stars 45-10 Tecmo
Tecmo¡¦s offense also sputtered last week. Missed blocks, dropped passes and lack of intensity caused Tecmo to look poor against the Bearphins. Will it continue in a trend or will the leagues leading offense come out impressing? The Night Trippers who are currently 5-1 after a huge victory over Carolina say no but with Tecmo¡¦s recent recruitments to their depth and the pickup of LB Kevin Smith expect Tecmo to come out swinging.
Tampa Bay Tarpons v Carolina CPU's 31-7 Tarpons
This game is humans v CPUs. Although normally I wouldn¡¦t hold much faith in the human race this race is like Michael Johnson v Retard in a wheelchair... I'll give it to Michael Johnson...
Chcolate City Saints v Philadelphia Pidgeons 45-14 Saints
The 4-2 Saints are one of the top teams in the league but have been the victim of a very tough schedule losing to two of the leagues best teams. The Pidgeons although a decent team will not be able to compete with the talent those Saints have.
New Jersey Blaze v FC Hezbollah 21-10 Blaze
Both teams are very balanced teams and even with poor records will make a push for the playoffs. Hezbollah originally was seen as a possible powerhouse has dropped 4 games already this season. The Blaze has dropped 3 games as well but has lost to all decent teams. Tough call but I'll go with the Blaze
Sheffield Sabres v Buffalo Chips 34-3 Chips
The Sabres also have the worst record in the league with the Owls. Their team continually gets better and are one week going to upset a team for their first win. Will it be against the previously 3-0 Chips? Nope, it won't be this week
New Jersey FalCoons v Sconnie Badgers 55-0 Badgers
Sconnie Badgers are coming off their biggest win this season shutting down one of the top teams in the Brooklyn Legacy and going wild on Brooklyn's top defense further proving they are the #2 team in the league. After a huge win and the improvement of the Badgers as a organization this will be a blowout. (If you're a backup expect a lot of PT)
