+1 how long has it been since any one that isn't us checked this thing out? I doubt they are going to look at it since they are too busy bumping playoff teams to the minors

Ok enough of this "suggestion" crap, lets get this implemented into the game, its been in epic 4ever doesnt that mean anything to bort? it would take prob only a few days to write it up and get it tested, have it like you get 3 offers a day until you accept one, just like when players are first created, it would help prevent teams from going bankrupt. all i know is that over 70% of these epic suggestions shouldve already been implemented.

Wouldn't the stadium maintenance just eat away the upper league cash adjustment Bort is giving us?

Sort of like pulling both sides of a rope on a tug of war?

Although, gutted demoted teams (into the minors) would see their stadium become a maintenance cash problem. Or is that an intended effect? I might like that.

But what about bona fide 'trying their best' teams that get demoted to minors? Isn't stadium cash maintenance kicking them while they are down?

Just playing devil's advocate. please don't yell at me, I am very sensitive.

It is really a 2 prong attack: add the additional income sources & costs.

And yes, this would be a way to limit high end teams getting demoted extra far with a complete stadium, selling out cheap to reap the rewards of a ton of concessions sales, and having no real negatives associated.

So I built some sections for my stadium over the season and am really uncertain on what my stadium will look like when next season.

Fade Sections On Stadium That Are in Queue - Maybe when we have something in the queue to build, could those sections be put on the stadium but slightly faded? Do you see what I mean? Like we have something that we have already paid for and when we look on the left, that section will be slightly faded showing it is in the process of being built.

Add on - Fade Sections On Stadium That Are in Queue - Then for if we are going to buy a section, when we cross our mouse over that little box. That section will then show up on the stadium picture as a fading in and out section in which you crossed over. Just so you know exactly what you are going to buy and where. Another suggestion towards that is maybe implementing a thing where your mouse goes over any section on the right, that section will have a yellowish line highlighted around the section on the stadium which you have your mouse over on the right.

Parking Admissions - Another idea I have is creating parking admissions. You ever see the background around the stadium? Its quite weird right? How about we are now allowed to build parking spots for fans that want to pay. You build them for maybe $50 each and it costs each fan $5 for a parking spot ticket for the big game.

Merchandise Stands - Another thing we can add to that is maybe creating merchandise stands along the parking lots lines.

Add On - Merchandise Stands - Option 1 - That would cost you some money to build them. Maybe beer is quite popular at your stadium so maybe you want to build beer stands? That would boost profits on beer depending on how many you have. Each one boost 5% or something?

Add On - Merchandise Stands - Option 2 - Companies or small family businesses offer to bring their merchandise stands for some amount per game. Maybe your team is selling out each game and heading towards the playoffs, so they will offer some amount of money to place their merchandise stands around your parking lot.

All Your Games Shown On Stadium Image - Maybe you didn't sell out your game's tickets. How about creating a little dropdown bar that allows you to see all of your home games for the season and shows your stadium against that team. So you didn't sell out all of your tickets and so some of your sections aren't as full. Could we see like a small crowd that goes 80% of the way up of the section if you sold 8000 of the 10000 seats? Then we could see the parking lot and little small cars in their little parking spaces and how many ever merchandise stands we own?

This all isn't really related to football, but it brings the game further in depth.
