A league is a league.....where have you ever seen any teams playing outside their league?
There's no point and is just making things more complicated than it has to be.
Regular users have ran leagues here in GLB without any issues...I just don't see how highly educated developers can't figure it out.

competitive games, ldo

Ladder games will keep you in competitive games all season long. You won't have that hyper-parity in leagues.

Do you see NFL teams playing in the CFL?
Do you see NBA teams playing in the CBA?
Do you see MLB teams playing in the Minors?

I just don't how else to put it so you can get the idea

10 teams in 1 league.....they should be playing each other not teams in some other league.
If that raises problems then the league structure GLB2 is proposing is flawed.
32 teams per league would make sense...10 teams per league in like playing fantasy sports.

Ladder system seems to be one of the few appealing features to me. Not sure what all the hate on it is. All of those analogies TN gave would be between teams with a drastic skill gap. That is the exact opposite of how the ladder set up is being described. Not to mention that some of those have different rules and regulations I think.

You also have a regular season also right so?

9 regular season games. 13 ladder games. 2-3 playoff games possible. And then tournaments and lolscrims likely.

The same appeal that it was to watch the West Scranton Invaders play someone in USA Pro.

That you were just bitching because that's what you're in the habit of doing. I myself would lean slightly towards a more traditional league structure, but nothing you described in regards to ladder play had anything in common with the ladder system that is being described for GLB2.
