So here's the skinny for those who have PMed me and those who vote...

Notice how CB2 breaks off his coverage over WR2 and covers WR4. I have discussed this to death and have concluded that NO Special Ability will make a CB change his coverage assignment. A Head Fake or Pump Fake will move them away from the WR but they will always try and get back to their assignment. Here, the CB2 does not try to cover WR2, ever.

When I saw this play I thought it was a Bug/Pathing issue. I did some testing and found that this has not happened when my LB in on the Strong Side. I'm not sure but I think it's safe to say that it was a coverage issue that forced CB2 to double WR4.
