and obviously WG only picked one project that amounted to anything, WG abandoned the base that built them, WG expanded into others without developing core code to build other games from, and WG has never researched other successful game companies to comprehend what they have done to continue their following(marketing, customer feedback, research of current userbase, etc). To say that WG has learned much from their success from GLB1 including in the numerous debacles of admins cheating, lack of testing for pre-releases, and so on is not credible to have this attitude with the userbase. The small group at WG needs experienced consulting if they wish to have the success of GLB1 in future games, imo. Until then, WG is just throwing sit at a wall and seeing what sticks.

Are you denying that it happened?

Or are you laughing at the userbase again?

I won't even address the denial of an admin cheating.

Laughing at users is your right. But it's also that user's right to not buy your product any more. Attitudes towards paying customers like the one you display is a primary reason that this userbase is dwindling.

Never seen a company completely ignore customer service as part of it's business model until WG. It is one thing to ignore the customers, but to come out to provoke and mock them in the public forums like DD and Cornblade have done on several occasions is infuriating as a customer.

Just to clarify, you've seen other companies receive a steady stream of anonymous bile (like we do, from this forum), without occasionally goofing on some of the wilder accusations?

This is called antagonizing. Its at best an unnecessary response, and only further solidifies the message that sunder was trying to put forth.
