i enjoy the game already my enjoyment is derives from being creative. building dots / building AI / DPCs . an then to see them in action against other teams is Awesome. (if they work lol) i remember the first time i earned a trophy i was i was excited. i was practically celebrating the rest of the day. i am proud of my rookie trophies . the thing that keeps me coming is the Friends ive got, and the Defense an what i can do to improve on it so that i can win another trophy later on. i would like to see improvements like the zone defense (by itself its useless) suggestion allow DCs to edit how the defender plays the zone. offense should have the ability to be creative also. i think that individual similar to myslef might find GLB to have a bit more interests.

1) GLB needs to formalize all the valuable info for noobs in a nice forum by itself
2) all players and teams at the same age level must play on the same day
3) make flex a lot cheaper or a 90% return upon retirement
4) get rid of WL and do a top 16 pro team toruney at the end of the season instead of the normal playoffs
5) get rid of mods who abuse their powers nobody posts in the league forums anymore cause of mods that don't enforce the rules evenly or those that ban just for fun
6) get rid of elite comp leagues cause we can't even fill an elite league with enough quality teams

WL is fine. Leave it. Those guys are having fun, if not working hard for the pleasure.

Fix the boring ass slow trudge to attempt WL. Stop moving half the league from elite to competitive and back every season (or whatever levels minor teams are flip flopping between). let teams filter to the top of the age bracket play each other and the teams that fall to the bottom play each other. this would be done on a simple pyramid organized league with old promotion demotion. I would say no brainer, but I guess you need one to see the simplicity, and implement this.
