Really? The best sniff you can come up with is that if your #6 aggies hadn't lost to the #25 Longhorns you'd've been 12-1 and that you're hypothetical 12-1(that included the defeat of *#3 K-State in the title game) would've put you in the championship game over an undefeated Tennessee or the same 1 loss Florida State team that beat you in week 1? How long did you have to nap after putting together that brain-buster of a "what if?"

*K-State was ranked #1 going in to the title game in the coaches poll only, they were #2 in the AP and #3 in the BCS.

Oh...yeah...almost forgot...aggie calling us racist...

You should delete the post, Ray. If Ags had actually won a title in anything *relevant within recent memory, we'd never hear the end of it.
*-(Relevant would be defined as something played across the country. Not something like NCAA Skiing Championships, as too few schools compete)

An 'if' scenario is beyond weak.
Stanford, UCLA, USC, Michigan, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, LSU. These are the teams that come to mind that compete in a ton of sports and either win or seriously contend for titles on a regular basis.

Last year the Ags won a share of the Big XII South in football, made the tourney in MBB, won the national title in WBB, and won the Big XII regular season and tourney championships and made the College World Series in baseball. Are those sports relevant?

We were 8th in the Director's cup standings last year, and 6th the year before.

To compare against the sips, we have 9 national championships in all sports to their 1 in the past 5 years.

The sips have 32 conference titles in that span, we have 35.

A&M was ranked 5th going into the sip game. Florida St. was ranked 4th. If we won, we would have likely stayed the same. We then got to play #3 Kansas St. in the Big XII title game, while Florida St. did not have a CCG to play. The win over a quality opponent could have likely put us ahead of Florida St. in the next rankings because our only loss was a quality loss, while they lost to 7-5 NC St. team. With UCLA losing, it could have been us.

Washington Huskies are on the rise and will be a force within 2-3 seasons.

UT owns A&M something like 75-36...sorry Ray

Michigan is rising fast, and the game vs tOSU should actually be a contest for the first time since 9/11. Correct!

Notre Dame sucks, PERIOD!!! Correct!

Heisman Watch IMO: Robinson, Lattimore, James, Richardson, other...most likely 'other' Half credit for Richardson and "other"

USF could be a sleeper but Pitt likely Big-Least Champ

UH could be 11-0 traveling to Tulsa if Keenum is healthy Correct!

UGA/Boise could be huge if Broncos win

VT looks like 12-0 is VERY possible and facing a fast rising FSU team to go to BCS NC!

Big12 North is a joke! There is no Big XII North

Oklahoma versus VT in BCS Title game?

Nebraska and Wisconsin in Big-Ten title Half right

AL versus SC in SEC title? Winner to play OU or VT for the big prize? Kinda halfway right O_o

Let's keep playing the "if game"...
IF you'd kicked just one more field goal the score would've been 28-27 and you'd have eternal scoreboard...
IF you'd stayed in the conference for just 40 more years and beat us every year you'd finally have a winning record against us in football...
IF we'd shown the least little bit of interest the SEC would've dropped you like a hot potato (you know it...you won't admit it, but you know it)...
IF you go back more than 5 years looking for championships (all sports) you find that we have 48 national championships and 473 conference titles while you have 13 national championships and 143 conference titles...
IF you'd gone to one of the UT/atm football games while they existed you'd see that we keep our steer on the field while you keep your cows in the stands and kiss them every time you score...
IF you were obsessed with us like everyone insists then your fight song would be all about us...oh...wait...

Texas Fight, Texas Fight,
And it's goodbye to A&M.

IF your A.D. wasn't full of butt-hurt pussies we would still be playing
IF you wanted to go to the SEC they wouldn't have had you, and with us there now it will never happen
IF I was at ESPN, I would be exercising our out clause on the failed LHN
IF I was driving on the same road as Augie, I would turn around for fear of my life
IF I had a time machine, I would let you borrow it to revel in past accomplishments and deflect the sips' recent failures
IF I were you, I would be ashamed the sips will place no higher than 3rd next season in the Mountain We...er...Big ?

I heard the sips had a team entered once, but they were sorely disappointed at the type of meat being judged. IYKWIM
