I think it doesn't really matter to alot of people.

Me for example I dont care if they follow High school, college, or NFL rules.

Honestly, this game is American football on an MMORPG platform. If I am not mistaken in that part it should have the appropriate measure of the rules. It honestly should not be anyone's opinion on the matter it is a rule and overlooking it just because of apathy or pure oversight is irresponsible. But honestly sir a lot of people don't really realize that a safety leads to a special kickoff that uses the punter instead of a kicker.
