This isn't bad to add but it's pretty base effective:
Custom Concessions:
It would be nice that when you have a team, you can purchase custom concessions. These concessions will cost TEAM CASH per concession and you can only have a max of 3 Custom Concessions (CC).The price will be set at the price $12.00 if bought at $2,500,000. 3,500,000 gives you $30.00 per CC bought. 5,000,000 gets you $50.00 per CC bought. And 6,000,000 gets you $75.00 per CC bought.The prices will never change. And of course, the rate will slow down as the higher the price it is.That means that $12.00 will have a higher rate than a $75.00 CC. You will get a name to give it. You will also get to upload a picture. As you can see though, it's quite an investment. But that's part of the fun of owning a team. Early success or fail, kind of like now. These will be permanently on unless you took it off in the off season/preseason, or sold the team or it was seized. These will work well for the teams that are already planning to stick around and not be sold. The idea needs a little more base work but it's pretty all-around alright.

Would you get anykind of refund for taking off the market? I think otherwise once bought a team would just keep it, I guess unless they decided a different kind was more profitable.

It really bums me out that more attention hasn't been paid to the OP by the development staff. There is some really good, fun sounding financial management stuff there.

Something I was tossing around after looking at some of the cooler stadiums around the Pros (football, baseball) & College:
Seating For Ambiance (I like Tampa Bay stadium, Coors Field is pretty cool looking)
Cheesy? Possibly. But this would also effect the fan experience & fan support.
Give up a portion of seating (lvl 1 & / or 2 Endzone) for additional bonus to fan support (an additional 1-2%). The additional support would give teams the chance to push seating prices up a small amount to try & make up for the loss of seats.
Cost: $750,000
Upkeep: $65,000 / season
