Why can't I edit user scripts? I'm clicking tools>greasemonkey>manage users scripts> replay rewrite>edit. The script comes up but it's unchangeable text. I know I'm missing something or doing it wrong, I just don't know what it is.
Is it marked read-only by the operating system?
Where do I go to see?
Also, when you click on edit the script is it supposed to open in another browser tab? That's definitely wrong. What you may have done is set firefox as the default script editor. Assuming you're using windows, you need to set it to notepad.
Here's how to reset it.
