Ya, all your points affirm the quality of the class. Not sure anyone will ever compete as well as Vince did at UT and good thing McWhorter is gone.

They don't affirm the quality, just that I am not obsessed enough to determine which will be the next to be arrested for pot or drunk driving or which ones have the intelligence of Vints or Jar Jar Charles

Hop back in the delorean.

Sooooo...how's that whole national championship thing gone for you guys over the last 4 decades?

You and USC ever get this one worked out?
"Texas A&M claims one national title, voted #1 by the AP Poll shortly after its inception, after the 1939 season. However, the University of Southern California also claims this title through the Dickinson System which was more widely used at the time".

Are you REALLY trying to claim a title awarded by "the Dickinson System" is legitimately regarded over an AP title?

In that case...

While 1939 is the only national title that Texas A&M claims, The 1917 team finished 8𢠢 and unscored upon, earning a retroactive national title by 1st-N-Goal and James Howell. The 1919 team finished 10𢠢 and unscored upon, earning a retroactive national title by ten selectors, including the Billingsley Report and National Championship Foundation. The 1927 team finished 8𢠣, with a tie against TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, earning a retroactive national title by the Sagarin Rating and the Sagarin ELO-Chess.

No you illiterate moron...I'm pointing out that the last time you sniffed a national championship was 1939. Go back as far as you want...pointing out that the last time that you were nationally relevant pre-dates the face mask, the AFL, the Super Bowl, World War II, broadcast television, deodorant, etc... just helps make my point. Highlighting that you were only relevant retrospectively is something I'd fully expect from an aggie.

As for the Dickinson System...I don't care what system it was, it could be Rock, Paper, Scissors for all I care...if it casts any doubt at all on the one, lonely title that you have plastered on Pile Field then I'm all for using it to determine who was the real champ in '39.

You obviously know nothing of college football.

Y'all could have 11 of the top 11 and it won't matter. For further reference see: 2010 and 2011.

Please enlighten me...when was your last legitimate shot at the MNC? When was the last time you played in a game with national championship implications?

I don't care about Penn St., Az St, Nebraska, ND or OSU...I don't care who ranked them where or who named them their national champion. To tell you the truth I don't care about atm at all...I do get a kick out of all the chest pounding y'all do trying to prove that you're not the maroon-headed stepchild.

1998 when we lost in DKKKR. We were #6. We beat #1 in the big 12 title game after that and would have been 12-1, with our only loss coming on the road in week 1 against #2 Florida St.

Go there and check the numbers so you can off yourself. Y'all haven't won a season series against us in any sport in 3 years.

Out of all of your sports COMBINED, y'all have 14 conference wins this year. Only 3 of those came from football and men's basketball.

Your athletic department is a dumpster fire and likely the worst in the country.
