Drifter has agreed to do it. It has been setup so if anything happens it is known it was him that logged in. Support knows about it. As soon as he is done reading, password changed and he will no longer have access.

Catspaw just needs to give his permission that is he ok with someone else seeing the PMs. If that doesn't happen I could be seen as giving out private information, which is against the rules. Catspaw simply needs to say he is ok with Drifter (who is a player on his team) can view the PM's under my account. Drifter would then verify who's story is correct with how things went down, which the PM's show Catspaw is lying about the order (saying I threatened the team and that is why he benched me, when it didn't happen like that).

You have already given out misinformation to Drifter. You only gave him parts of PM's and that is it. Drifter said this, not something I am making up.

Why should people PM you to get what you want to say. So you can filter what you want to say without chance of people showing you are incorrect in a public forum? You have the chance to give Drifter (or others) the ability to log into my account and view all PM's. Why aren't you allowing this? Show you are honorable, like you say you are. Quite simple and could end all of this if you are correct in your timeline and what you have said.

To have someone of Catspaw's low moral caliber attempt to bad mouth me for "ranting" here about something that was plainly dishonest (let's assume, for the sake of argument, it wasn't "illegal") and unethical, is laughable at best.

Please refrain from telling everyone you won't take my PMs or that I "have an agenda." My "agenda" is to make sure this game is played fairly. People, myself included, pay money for this. Pardon me if I am outraged that you'd sneak around and illicitly pad an already stacked team.

I am on a "winning" team so your soft water argument there doesn't hold ground either.

You might be okay with drifter logging into your account, but I won't condone it, won't approve it, won't sanction it. As I stated before, that's what gets you kicked out of MMORPGs. If you want to take that chance, be my guest but I won't be a part of it.

I see ballbright raises another simple issue: collusion. A secret agreement for fraudulent purposes.

Secret? Not if billyvassi posted any advertisement on a public forum about available players, which he did.

Fraudulent? The trade in question (active lvl 12 HB and a butt-load of cash for active lvl 12 CB and active lvl 8 HB) happens every day. Just because the lvl 12 HB was inactive didn't mean he would be inactive forever...people come back.

No secret, no fraud, no collusion. And the mods already reviewed it and approved it.

Except that Billy PM'd you and gave you the players without taking the other offers for them....and there were other offers for the CB.

..and you know as well as I do that although the HB had moved up to lvl 12 just by daily XP, he really is a level 8-9 who hasn't been active in quite some time (all season), and most likely wont be active again. Odds are pretty good you exhausted all avenues trying to get him active again unsuccessfully.

The issue isn't what or who was traded, it is it he illicit manner in which it was done. It was a secret agreement, the agreement certainly wasn't public. When the idea was brought up in the other thread, Billy led everyone to believe he HAD NOT traded anyone to teams he was on...that is why the vast majority of people defended him (myself very publicly included), even though they thought it was shitty that he wrecked Spinner's team without permission.

Doing the right thing here, and if you had any ounce of class you would, is having those ill-gotten players cut back to free agency (PM Bort, he'll do it) where everyone gets a fair shot. Should they resign with you...so be it, at that point you are above impropriety.

At this point, however, you guys look like huge douche-bags for what you've done...

Basic...why did you lie about the timeline of how I was benched? You said it was after I threatened to sabotage the team. 1) I never did such a thing. 2) You banned and benched me in your first PM response BEFORE I got upset with you. 3) After you benched me I said I would not put in level ups into Mojo because I was upset and thought it was wrong what you were doing.

So simple...why did you lie and post it differently?

Explain how trading a level 12 HB for a level 12 CB is collusion? Collusion is depleting one team to build up another team.

Here you are recognizing that it wasn't a fair trade, but justify it by suggesting that the other team was inactive. (wombat killer was spot on that you were doing fine until that post. )

A CB is more valuable then a HB at the same level, and clearly an active player is much more valuable than an inactive player.

When you have a trade that is that imballanced, coupled with a conflict of interest, what conclusion other than collusion are people expected to come to?

In the wild world of sports this isn't the dirtiest thing to come along, but certainly you can't believe that this is squeaky clean.

I'm confused, Cats, as to why you're so adamant against him doing something that /isn't/ breaking the rules, for he has permission, when you yourself broke them by posting those PMs without his permission. Not only that, but just part of them, picking and choosing selectively? If you're so adamant against him revealing the portion that you did not, then it makes it highly suspicious that there must be some sort of incriminating material there, no..?

I'm not saying either way, but if you don't allow him to do this, you are inviting much suspicion and distrust. o.o

Simple issue: inactive player.

Simple answer: The player in question is HB Ray Day. He is active again. He has been inactive before, but at least communicates about it. The trade involved a player who was active/inactive. Not a player who is forever dead and gone.

And I notice that no one says anything about the cash to balance the trade. Cash considerations are very important to a team that's rebuilding. You can't just scoff at 150k and say it has no bearing.

From what I see and read, the issue is closed. The Bandits did nothing wrong in the deal. The mods reviewed and approved it.

I have better things to do. Have fun arguing with each other and bashing other owners, agents and players. It's a waste of time.
