Seriously.....the season is over for 93.75% of the teams in this league...WTF else do you guys have to do?

I think you may get more responses if you create some sort of nominee field that Owners/GMs could simply make a multiple choice selection down the list.

Honestly, most people are too lazy to look through every player. If they could just look at a multiple choice list with the stats of the players next to them, you may get more responses.

Probably too late to implement at this point, but for the future.

LAst season the turnout was way better when we had it restricted to one ballot per team, and mostly put it to the owners and GMs. Could have been more, but was ok. It was suggested by some newcomers that we would get an even better turnout if we would open the process to everyone. Well, did not happen, and those people who suggested it could apparently not be bothered either. Putting together a list of nominees means more work for those few putting together the ballot, and quite frankly if people can't be bothered to put in some time I can't be bothered to put in more than I already have either. Aside from that such a list would be fairly subjective, and if people are left out they will whine and complain about those who put it together. Quite frankly I can live without that.

is there somekind of website or something where someone could put all their names in, with a bullet next to each name, and we can just do a check off type of voting..

I was working on one but mostly gave up when I got to the O-Line. I could get a partial ballot done if you really want though. But even I think a lot of my nomination criteria are really dubious, and I don't know what to do for a lot of the defense positions :\

Problem with a place like Doodle, there is no way to tie votes to GLB accounts, which would open the path to ballot stuffing once again.

what if just 1 logical non biased person makes the all star team. Screw voting. Maybe FDC could select the allstar team with a small writeup on each player...that would be sweet

To be honest, if the people who might be on an AllStar team can't be bothered to get involved then why bother having one at all?

I'm trying to finish the Polling system real fast on one of my sites, I'm having to adjust it so that you can vote for 2 things with 1 question and I think all the bugs will be out. Give me about an hour or so and hopefully I'll have a demo up. I was supposed to have this done a long time ago but work got in the way.
