The only problem I have with the scrimmage system is its hard to get our team to scout/set tactics for 2 games in a short time span. So what usually happens for our scrimmages is we have the same game plan as the last league game. Or we just use a scrimmage to test a specific game element.

That being said, Toronto already has one friendly set for the off season. The game will be massive, and will have huge bragging right implications for the victor. The opponent shouldn't be *too* much of a surprise Oh, and if we lose I can guarantee you that there will be no excuses - just props to the victor.

That statement was so retarded..Just because someone says they are better doesnt mean you have to spam them when you get a win..especially since 2 of them were against teams who at the moment are near the bottom of USA Pro...What would have held even the slightest bit more merit to the whole discussion is if one of your BBB#8 teams near about the same position and record as both Rhode Island and Denver decided to play them.. Did the teams who beat Denver and Rhode Island get the wins? Yes of course they did and I am not here trying to take those from them..But it just seems to me as if it is only 2-4 teams in BBB#8 that is doing everything and the rest are simply there for moral support...

Fact of the matter is..this is always going to happen.. and someone else from Pro said this in one of his posts but their name escapes me at the moment..Its a Lose-Lose for Pro.. if they win..they were supposed to...if they lose..they lose to a lower league and Pro isnt anything.. Yes they say Oh we didnt gameplan for the game..But i have seen Pro teams win these against teams of other leagues and still say they didnt gameplan..So it isnt just a because we lost excuse... Any team in Pro unless they had been gutted is capable of beating any other on any given day...Not many leagues can say that..

The fact is that he said they would smoke anyone. Now they are making excuses. We did not plan, we did not have access to the AI (even though we have 10 GMs) etc.etc. That's OUR (BBB8) whole point. They made the challenge, they lost and now they and everyone else there is crying. Hey since you are in the "PRO" league maybe you should write Bort and tell him to realingn the leagues in the name for "fair competition". You see, we have to earn our ways to the PRO...most of the teams were placed there. I said it in the pro forum and I will say it again. If some of the teams keep playing like they do they will be the losers of the league and get placed to where they really deserve. If the PROs are gonna talk the talk then you better walk the walk...otherwise don't take the game. The PROs have more to lose than us little BBBs do.

I'd love too but like Krunchy said, I'll wait until the off season. We had a series of 3 scrimmages that were all close together and its just impossible to find the time to do the proper game planning. I just used them to try new tactics mostly.

Just too hard to find the time when you have a young family. Sorry Ocho
