That was a great achievement for them. But that doesn't make this tournament irrevelant. It actually adds to the prestige.


I totally agree. I mean, if we can beat the Galaxy Aces in a fair fight, by my math there's easily eight teams in BBB which can do the same or better, because we couldn't even get out of the Best of BBB Sweet 16.

take a quick look at my team...... EZ Company beat the 2nd best team in our conference (by record, really they're the 3rd or 4th best) by 10 points. We were 1a/1b depending on who you asked coming into this season, but we decided to hang onto ALL of our boosts until just before the playoffs. Well, we boosted yesterday (all except for a starting HB/FS/and WR), and you're out of your head if you don't think we could beat over half of the teams that are left in this tourney......

As far as record goes....... sometimes you're undefeated because you haven't played anybody........ nobody in your conference could beat the top 3 teams in BBB 1 West. FACT.

yeah. good stuff. you pulled up the score on a game that didn't matter. They were fully boosted, we weren't. The reason we didn't boost, is because the league was going to come down to our two teams in the playoffs, and it would be close, so I tried to take advantage of anything that might give us an edge in the playoffs... you know, when it matters. Thus, NONE of our players were boosted for that game. zilch. nada. That's not the case now.

The only reason I didn't sign up for the tourney is because we weren't gonna boost. We're boosted now, and unless whoever wins this thing is afraid of us, there's no reason not to schedule a scrimmage game against what is arguably the best team in the BBB's.

Why do you assume the teams still in here are fully boosted? I know for one that we aren't. You make your choices (boost or not) and live with it. You aren't in the Best in BBB tourney, so you aren't the best in BBB. Deal with it.

we weren't boosted either and made it to the elite 8

so.... best of the best tournament is THE deciding factor of who the best team in BBB is? wouldn't it have to be an all-inclusive tourney if that was the case? just wondering. If every team isn't in it and half didn't care about it, how does it decide the best team?

I'd say it was a pretty fitting response for someone saying that since we're not in the tourney, we're not the best, so deal with it................

my whole point of coming on this thread was to see how we would stack up.. Do I think we're the best team in bbb? maybe. maybe not. on any given day do I think we could play with the best? absolutely.

I really didn't set out to ruffle any feathers, but if you wanna go that way with me, expect it back, and fast.

It was an all inclusive tourney. Anyone could join, and LostinKorea did a lot of due diligence to make sure that, of the teams that threw their hats in the ring, the best teams represented each league.

Is it possible that one of the teams not in the tourney is really the best team? Sure. Just like it is possible that you are a really nice guy in real life. But are the odds of either of those things high enough to make it worth spending much time talking about it?

Hey Bro ... when LostinKorea organized this tournament, ALL teams in the BBB Leagues were given a chance to enter. My team entered but did not get an auto-in to the brackets. FYI - we were not boosted at the time of entry. Anyway ... we had to play our way in just to get seated. We won 3 games and got to the Elite 8. Then lost to EZ COMPANY. And EZ COMPANY has EARNED their right to be in the finals.

So, you coming on here and trying to challenge the winner should and will ruffle feathers. Why? Cus you haven't "earned" the right to challenge the winner ... you should've had faith in your team and entered the tournament like the rest of us did.
