Wow, nice. How'd you manage to do that, slow build? I semi-slow built my guy before slow building was popular. I've also dumped a lot of points in SAs, but I firmly believe they are extremely important.

"dead-on-accuracy" is laughable for you b/c you've only made one FG over 29 yards, and at your level all the ones under 29 yards you're suppose to be at 100%.

you're kickoffs suck shit which hurt your team b/c the offending team gets better field position.

you claim you're the "best kicker" but you dont kick FG's over 30 yards and you cant kick off worth a shit, sure you may be close to the green bar, but if you stop being so naive you'll realize that your kicker still needs a lot of work *just like everyone else*

And if so, by how much?

I dont even know if vision is useful at all but mine has always been low and i dont miss FGs. i daily train it because all my other important stats are at least soft capped. that being strength, confidence and kicking.

Fascinating. My vision has been higher than STR and it hasn't affected me that much. All my misses are basically 50+ attempts.

Your guy on the left, my level 17 on the right. Kicking bar is 48, but I am 2 levels lower with all 3 boosts left. Pretty damn close if you ask me. SA's are 4-4-4

First off, back off. You need how to fucking read. The title says "Find a better Kicker at my level", not "I'm the best K". You are a fucking demented retard. In my original post, I said I haven't seen many level 23+ higher than me. I went through all of USA Pro and looked at each and every starting K for the teams and found somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 Kickers BETTER, according to the scouting bar, than me.

Where did I say I was the "best kicker", as you quoted. Please just find me a quote of that. I'm sorry, I guess going 8-8 in FGs isn't dead on accurate. My kicking hasn't affected my team much, as we're 8-0. While I may not have the cookie cutter K build, I firmly believe that the more strength you have, the higher your kicking/vision needs to be. Yes, that's my opinion.

The only reason I even made the comment about my kicker being better is because he was being an absolute dick in his response. He then went into other threads, talking about me, as if he had a hard-on.

With all of this being said, I thank everybody for their responses as to how to improve my K. I guess posting it under "K/P Club" with a creative title is better than posting it under "Rate My Player" with a boring, repetitive title. Oh, and you guys succeeded, finding a player, a level below me in fact, with a better scouting bar.

Only a 12 pt difference now, and check the career stats, that tells the real story. What exactly is a "scouting bar"?

The Overall, Kicking and Tackling bars. The name for them are "scouting bars". 12 pts at 5:1 is like 60 SP.

You started this thread to brag about your player because you thought he was great. Don't even try to make it sound like you were being humble by saying that you've seen other players as good as you (and they just happen to be level 23). Your thread title says it all. You were boasting about your wonderful KICKER and you wanted all others to envy your superior build.

The reason you got no response in the "Rate My Player" forum is because it has turned into something similar to a 10 year High School Reunion in which a lot of people are just looking to show off. I think the original intent of the forum was for players solicit advice and outside opinions that might actually help improve their build. It wasn't supposed to be for people looking for a pat on the back.

If you're looking for constructive criticism on your kicker, you sure went about it the wrong way. And if you weren't asking for advice on your build, then what was the whole point of the thread anyway?

I'm guessing that you were simply bored and looking to stir up some responses. Congratulations, you got them. The response you got is exactly what you should have expected.

First, the scouting bar isn't everything... As PackMan97 posted earlier in this thread there's a kicker with 66 in your precious scouting bar who has missed 4 field goals (out of 19, that 21% miss rate!) and 4 extra points (out of 63 yes, but even so extra points should be 100% at that level)... But hey, he has 66 in his kicking bar so he must be the greatest kicker ever, right?

Second, having 4 missed extra points isn't what I would call "dead on accuracy"... Yeah, you're 100% in field goals - but dude, you have kicked 8 of them, only one of them longer than 29 yards... That's not really an achievement...

Third, field goals and extra points isn't a kicker's only job... As someone else also pointed out a kicker also has to kick some kickoffs once in a while, and that's a very important job too... I know you'll just say "my team rocks, we don't need field position" and maybe that's true, but that doesn't make you a good kicker... That makes you a mediocre kicker on a good team.

I'm sure I'm now a "fucking demented retard" but so be it. You started a subject bragging about your great kicker, and you must expect that not all people agree with you on his greatness...
