In the champions league, the three "best" (perceived) leagues, england, spain and italy, send their 4 best teams, the next three best send 3 teams and so on.

We accepted, because of the ability to play some different opponents. I do understand people's logic behind not accepting. If we had been able to get a WEPl vs anyone going we would have dropped out of the 64 and joined the WEPL.

We can still do this with CPL. I think we just need to wait until it's actually possible before trying again.
