I'm not pretending that I don't know who he is talking about. But that doesn't change the fact that you guys automatically assume that he was talking about you.

I also am looking forward to our scrimmage game. It should be a good game.

Okay, he edited his post clearly targeting the Pimps.

I'm not in agreement with him (at this moment), but it really doesn't matter. IrishHand is just one guy who decided not to give you guys a chance. Should that be the reason for another huge e-argument?

Or can we just focus on the next season already?

I don't really care what he thinks, who he is, or what he posts, but here are my thoughts.

He clearly has no idea what he is talking about if he thinks we carried our behavior from the AAA forums over here. I don't know why his post is getting any attention, because he comes off as a fool, and is leaving just because of our reputation, no our actions, which is just plain dumb. I hope he leaves, because someone so clearly uneducated would probably be better off in the safety of his own irrational, unfounded beliefs.

The original post is nothing but a cheap shot. Seriously, if you wanted to impress people with your class, you would have just left and not posted and not taken the a tremendous cheap shot at an entire team then run and hide.

Fed up with certain people? Don't read 'em. Fed up with the forum? Stop coming. You say you are tired of the "childish" behavior of certain posters -- but you do so in such a passive aggressive and childish way yourself that it's just silly.

Instead of just leaving and proving that you're the better man, you spend the time to write a post that is as classless and lame as the ones you protest against. Worse, you make the post about one team but but don't even have the stones to call them out by name.

Spineless and classless.

But that's right -- you're better than the AAA teams and all their rabble rousing.

To me, all the Pimp hating is way worse than the actual Pimps themselves. Sure, some of their posts are just stupid, and their shtick is very old by now. But a stupid pimp post does not bother me anywhere near as much as this does.

That being said, I'm sorry to see you leave and I would be very sad to see you leave GLB completely. Also, I hope you check by the forum now and again during the season. Once we sort up the challenge threads and the new season starts rolling, the forum will be back to it's usual awesomeness. Guaranteed.

As a member of the Blitzkrieg, I have completely mixed feelings. I really like IrishHand, he's a pretty classy manager, and he generally posts intelligent, well-thought out stuff. I agree with tfmcmanus for the most part. I really have stopped minding the Pimps since lately they stuck their necks out for our league, which to me proves that they belong here. Plus, they're funny sometimes. Irish wasn't takling about the CPL stuff to begin with, so I don't know how all that factors in.

Basically, he was just letting everyone know he's not going to post anymore, and he's definitely not a bad guy or whatever is being said about him. I still hope that we'll have a good scrimmage game against Rivals, one that I've been personally looking forward to for quite a few seasons, and I hope this doesn't affect how everyone views the Blitz as a team. I personally enjoy these forums and will definitely stay involved.

Pimps posts deliver due to all the butt-hurtedness they cause.
