I hate FA in this game, that is why I went fomr a tema owner to a GM. Less stress...

I did the same thing, but the sad part about doing that is you can;t use them for at least one season, here in the PRO league they will be eaten for lunch!

I have used this thread to warn people about 1QB systems .. maybe they will take note, but I doubt it .. I saw some ego about this QB in the AAA forums. Anyhow, they will be a playoff team I figure, but it will be interesting to see if they get more depth, because that might be the difference between getting to the conference CCG and not.
I've said it before, I can do things no one else knows how to do.
I agree... no one else should try and do some of the things that I did with tactics and energy settings last season. I mean.. DEs playing S and LB and DT... as well as DE, CBs and a SS spelling WRs, 1 HB being backed up by WRs and the 1 FB on my team, a FB being primary returner, special teams with level 7 CPUs and such...
Yeah.

Hell, I got bored and started slow building a CB a couple weeks back. I'm thinking of signing him to my team in Canada A and keeping him off the depth chart and allowing him to train on intense without having to worry about that pesky XP making him level up too soon.

The problem with that is you only get 10 seasons with a player. I wish it was based on level for forced player decline but it's not so not leveling a player up only hurts them long term, even if slow building. Just keep the skill points stored up and don't use them and it won't hurt your training as much.

Wait, what about only getting a player for 10 seasons, do you get the Flex back at the end?

thought you got 100% of the fp to create him, and 70% of the rest of the fp spent on him.

You do but by the end of the 10 seasons, assuming you boosted each season, the creation FP is pittance. For a WR at season 10 you'd get 300 FP back + 6300 for the boosts.
