I am sorry some of you feel that because a few of us GM for other teams we are cheating. To be honest though, if we were we could still do it without being GMs on each others teams. Think about that for a bit.

I know I have PM'd many of the other owners here. Some times about player builds, some times about games we played and tactics used, some times about recruiting (most never tell me their tactics... bastards ;-), and some about stadium/money stuff. It is natural to talk to those in the same position and share some things.

I do it because I am trying to learn this GAME, I freely admit I am not very good at it and need all the help I can get. I was the one who invited tyante on as a GM with access to finances only. Never once did it cross my mind that this would be seen the wrong way... I tend to be naive I guess. We also made an agreement that if we should end up in the playoffs we'd take each other off before the game to avoid the risk. I would not want to know.

I was rooting for the HNL because I wanted the Ewoks to stay, I'll miss his write ups. And at least they lost a few games so I had a hope of beating them 0-1-1, instead of the HNL 0-4 (and never scoring more than 6/7 points against them). Now we will get beat by them again next season and if we make the playoffs I know at least one loss will be facing us. They have us figured out and I have not come close to figuring them out.

Anyway, those that will believe will and those that won't this will not change their mind. So to them sorry that it seems like it does to you, I will just PM from now on and all will be right in the world. Oh and post on the team forum...

I agree, and the stipulation I made with the Crow was that I waited until after HBB had played them, and then It was based on whether or not HBB moved on, I have appointed a Co GM who would take over in the event that we were still here, I was also Considering helping the Hitmen out had we moved on but it was contingent upon HBB not being here, We are staying and these things will not be happening now, I do not say one thing for one person and expect that I can do something Different. I will not be taking over for the Hitmen, and when the season resumes I will have appointed someone to take over as the GM of the Crow. Im not going to argue it anymore, there is no point, you guys won and I wish you the best of luck in A6 I know you have a good team and had said prior to the game I expected you to win because you had the better team, I just wish every season in GLB didnt have some sort of cloud over it, whether it be teams being gutted, players using multiple accounts or now this debacle over the GM duties. You didnt do anything against the rules and Im not implying that anyone has, it just makes a loss a little hard to swallow when there are outside things that appear to have possibly affected the gameplay. And maybe you didnt receive one bit of help or have any access to how the slugs gameplanned but you have to look at it from an outsiders perspective that there has to be a very good chance that you did. I didnt start this thread and wouldnt have, but a player not on our team did and I felt the need to vent, I am probably just upset about the loss, and I hope you all understand that I try to run a classy organization but it is football and as you all know, its an emotional sport and tempers flare, no one wants to lose and as the offseason approaches the wounds will heal. All I ask is that we all stop the personal attacks, SonofEkim, unconquered, myself included. I try not to make anything personal and am only displeased with the way the situation looks.

I have said I do not feel that it was cheating, and I honestly do not have a problem with the Tecmo Guys taking on roles on other teams since you have made it known you are disbanding and most of you have agreed to put your players on the teams you are taking GM duties on, thats fine, and if it is a situation where they are in different conferences that is also fine. I am just stating how it appears unfair to have GM's the same on back to back playoff opponents, and it is not something I am trying to use as an excuse in my defense, I had previously stated the Ewoks had the better team prior to the game and expected it to be a hard fought game, I just wish for the sake of sportsmanship that there were no question marks surrounding any games whether they involve my teams or not. Notice that I do not refer to other posters as "assess" or drop the F bomb in reference to anyones opinions, yes I am frustrated and wish it would have turned out differently but honestly, I dont see too many people who play for teams that are not involved with this situation rushing to your defense. Its over, lets drop it because I dont want bad blood stemming from frustration and I like to try to keep things congenial, therefor I would appreciate it if we all stopped swearing at each other like a bunch of high-school children.

As I said on the main GLB post (which degenerated faster than this one), maybe nothing is going on, but I had to question it, since it looked suspicious from the outside.

and Whisper - you are right - if people want to cheat, why even use PMs which could be traced by admins, just use outside email servers.

I hope everything is as it has been explained now by all the various GMs\Owners. Not that there is anything that could be done about it either way, I guess.

good luck to both in the championship game and see the rest of you in season 4.

I do not want you to stop posting on the legue forum whisper, cooler heads will prevail, We are just upset and that is all, I have no qualms with any of you, Whisper, Mikie, Tyante, Its just steam being blown after a disappointing loss, I do wish we could all refrain from the name calling as it is childish and just unneccesary and that I aim towards my friend Sonof Ekim who is a loyal teammate and just gets a little rambunctious sometimes and Unconquered who seems to be just as quick to the namecalling and vulgarities. I think this will be a fantastic CHampionship game as both teams are top notch and this will be one for the ages.

Personally i'll no longer be an Owner so my sembelance of candor and maturity will retire with it. When I wake up to see a such a stupid accusation by a stupid person (at 5 am) i'm not going to be kind. Now if any of you can even point out how that "? mark" could possibly be put up because I am a GM on a team from the Western Conference, please tell me. Might I add even if we were sharing information or whatever you're implying I could do it even if I wasn't a GM so again bring something relevant to the table other then feelings.

Oh and just to add further even if I do keep a player here in BBB 12 I won't be posting on these league forums. Bearphin, Baseball and some of the other guys it's been great to know you all and I wish you the best of luck. After day 40 I won't be here anymore.

I know the feeling though. Last season we went 16-0 and then got owned by the Bearphins, it sucks. I will tell you though after that painful loss I didn't go into the league forums and start making baseless and illogical whiny accusations. Anyways i'm done with it.
