1 Hand Catch: Gimmicky. I'd rather have two hands on the ball. It says useful if your QB is under pressure a lot, but do you really want to build your player around the fact that your OLine can't block?
Jump Catch is nice, but you have to have a proper build and the proper offense to support it.

1 Handed Catch: I'm curious about this one as well. I have points invested in this but its impossiable to know when it happens, if it even happens. I just assume its working when the ball seems way off target and he pulls it down regardless.
