I'm sure you meant to add that you don't endorse either...

if hes playing his own team and removes equipment it would be considered cheating moron

I guess so. You speak of sabotage and cheating like they're different things. Sabotage is cheating because it involves secretly damaging or interfering with the other person’s chances of success. When you sabotage someone, you’re not just competing harder or smarter—you’re crossing a line to unfairly disadvantage them. This kind of hidden or underhanded behavior is what makes sabotage a form of cheating.

even then the goal he was out to do is to have sno kitties lose to other teams. He did an "act of dishonesty" by removing his equipment without letting the team know to make adjustments. So he could "gain an advantage" in his quest to sabatoge the team and lose to an opposing team of the sno kitties. It's right there in pwned's comment. Especially in a game I think it added.

cheating is gaining and advantage, sabotage is handicapping. If he was playing his own team I can see the connection but looking at the teams in the OP i don't see the connection of his sabotaging to cheat for his own team.

Like i said, i don't think it's a great practice but at this point I am just here for the fun. Not sure why i haven't been in the forums more the last 20 years.

F@ck im getting old.

lol, im with ya man. I have nothing better to do but boost some dots and I'm bored with that so am procrastinating that tonight in the forums.

I don't think the intent was cheating for his teams benefits but he was cheating to keep the sno kitties from winning or atleast that was the intent. Also, lets be honest here. He just got caught. He's been doing this for a long time. If he's willing to log into a multi to sabotage a team because he has a vendetta against a guy with two dots on the team, also lets mention this team is in AAA...this is not his first time without a doubt. And super petty.

If we want to stick to online gaming terms is griefing. This isn't war or espionage. However I think the team aspect and the time/effort/money put into this game, along with the lasting effect of results, pull it into cheating. Lets walk the logic down your "gaining an advantage" verbage though for fun.

-If Sno Kits were playing his team and he removed equipment, is that cheating? Yes clearly so.
-If Sno Kits were playing his buddies team and he likes his buddies team more than the Sno Kits is that cheating? Yes clearly so.
-If he hates Sno Kits and who are playing a team he's neutral about and he removed equipment is that cheating? Imho yes, it's the same shit as above with slightly different details but the same motivation and attempt at result.

But lets backtrack, who cares what we want to call it. Do you think it is PJ to secretly remove equipment for playoff games in an attempt to intentionally lose games? Is that OK or moral for PJ or anyone else to do?

If you remove the word cheating from the OP, what are your feelings of the actions by PJ here?

Instead of drowning in semantics of terminology, do share your viewpoint on the actions.
