He built several players (under an alias if I remember correctly) that were statistically IMPOSSIBLE. He was rigging the player-building process and ending up with "Player Values" that were impossible to reach. JDBollick was the one who called FOUL on this, and catch22 was soon removed and banned. And I don't mean the builds were "suspect"--I mean that the builds were *ridiculous* and LOTS of builders way better than me were asking "How in the world could those players have that many applied points?".

Catch22 was an admin who was exploiting the game based on not only atty, but add-on's, as well as VA's, plus SP pimping. Catch22 artificially pumped atty numbers, which seriously exploited the game

Yes, CerNet was the alias and had some of the builds saved in my private forum
