Spam power runs and passes to the HB/FB. Then, if you face a Zone heavy team, sprinkle some TE seam routes into the mix to break the zones. It's always good measure to run the WR1 or WR2 on a deep route in the 2WR sets when you are spamming the scats. I wish I could tell you what season it changed, but it did, and rather dramatically. HOOD won World League in Season 23, and the downfield passing game was still quite good at that point. I'm going to guess it was around...Season 28...where the coding changed to the point where passing became more or less an "all or nothing" proposition. The "lets move the chains" passing game became rather dicey at some point.

Are you referring to the season the game broke and Bort hired all the Agents for testing?

So far this season I have noticed more false start penalties than Int in my 9 scrimmages.
