problem is a DT doesn't need hold block AEQ and a CB don't need fake % AEQ. That's the problem, AEQ that this dot never use. I'm not talking about catch type AEQ in a blocking TE or something like that. Anyway, probably I'm the only one that see a problem here....

I think Ken means that he doesnt mind the lottery part but its the prizes that could be better !!!
I agree that shopping AEQ should at least provide something usable for the dots position. I build tons of dots and never go to the shop as tbh it triggers my gambling desires and I can burn thru 50 BTs saying "just one more" quicker than most !!!!!

This^^^^. I don't mind it's a lottery... but I also get frustrated as hell when I get buttloads of Offensive gear and I'm rolling for a defender. At the VERY least, have 3 separate "Categories" for the shopping for gear and let us select them. #1, Offensive stuff. #2, Defensive stuff. And, #3, ST stuff (which would include both offense and defense stuff). That way if I'm shopping for my Guard I don't get 5% Make Tackle piece. Or if shopping for my CB I don't get Look Off or some such nonsense. At least I'll FEEL like I'm in a fair fight/game... even if the odds (against me) stay the same.

I put a piece of +3 Jumping and 5% Break Block on center - simply awesome...

I get 4 almost every time... but it is frustrating. Caveat... if it wasn't changed with the rebuild after the crash then it should still work the same so I should be able to keep getting 4 AEQ. However... if it's changed then... maybe not. We'll see as the season's roll along.

I need confirmation with the new system:
4 piece 1700 BTs is ~65 days when switch to light train
3 piece 1275 BTs is ~110 days when switch to light train
i'm not very good with the VPB

Can’t confirm but Ryan said day 80 and the old day 160 are the same. That’s when I switch to light training for 4aeq and end around 1600 BTs. I’m usually fine to shop for four pieces but sometimes you just don’t get the rolls

I ran a de build for a 4aeq using the 1600bt's as the guild. Both time from the vpb it showed to stop multi-training and start light training around season 3 day 10.
Not sure what day that is in the build cycle

That's AGE 90, but there's a difference between day and age in real builds compared to the VPB. It also depends on how you spent your BTs before you got that. Age 80 is a safe ballpark for people to use, and then adjust accordingly.

The only thing I spent bt's on were the 4 attr's I multi-trained and took them to 3 enhancements and to buy in for multi-training. IMO That's all you really should be using bt's for until you get your aeq and upgrade them.

I started the two dots using intense and normal on one( this is the dot that said to start lite training on season 3 day 14) then intense and lite on the other (required to start lite on season 3 day 10)

The other thing to keep in mind is what kind of shopping you get when you shop for aeq, sometimes it can be good and sometimes it sucks.

reran and got to 1700 at day 80

it's been a bit more tricky pegging down which day for 1275 tho.

I agree with this, for sure. I do find that some positions seem easier to find appropriate pieces for, but I never know with the small sample size of just my own shopping whether that was just a run of bad luck, or whether it's a system-wide thing.

I do know that I have a giant note somewhere to myself saying DO NOT SHOP FOR BLOCKING TEs EVER!!!!!, because I had just brutal luck ever getting hold block % pieces for them.

That's me too zz. Keep rolling, get shit, then say to myself, a few more training and I could have bought what I wanted.
