All jokes aside, in the end it doesn't matter that he's the owner of the Patriots... he could be ANY team owner for all that this matters... no, in the end he's just yet another super wealthy person that will likely get off from doing any time for breaking the law. If any of us were caught in that sting, we'd be scraping together money we really need to hire a low-level lawyer in the faint hopes we might get lucky and get probation at best with a huge fine and probably a lot of Community Service and lord know what else. He'll likely skate with some $ put into certain local establishments and politician's campaign pockets, make some speech about how he'll start a foundation to help sex traffic victims and how sorry he is, then disappear with a slap on the wrist. F*ck this legal system.
Yeah, and so far as the NFL goes, I remember a couple years back here
the Browns signed a FA LB- can't remember his name, before he played a game for us
he got busted in beachwood soliciting a prostitute (whom i assume wasn't a human-trafficked slave)
and he was subsequently off the team with a lengthy suspension from the league to boot, I'm sure...
I just can't see how the NFL will carry on w/ him running the team; it'll be constantly mentioned whenever
he's near the cameras or spotlight really until he dies it won't be forgotten. I'd expect at some point
soon he will decide to 'step down' as managing owner of the team and pass it on to his children.
