Also since no one has ran the gauntlet in the Pros and if DDL ends up doing so, that is quite a statement there.

I dont see the regular season counting as long as you're in the playoffs. Thats where it really matters.

Let's look at the options..

A) He can then say, see the DDL isn't that great, I wasn't even trying to win and we kicked their asses...
B) He can say nothing and say, see I'm the bigger man, I downplayed the game and won and I still don't care, it ain't no big thing...

If he loses...
Then he has his out, see I said upfront that I predicted the DDL to win anyhow and so obviously we never cared about the game in the first place.

So in any event, he is playing it safe so that he has an out, and I think that's just well, whatever!

I'm not afraid to at least make it into a competition and actually risk my neck and actually have something on the line, cause that's what I'm all about. So let's go kick some Mustang ass today boys!

Fair enough.

But the same applies to you. You guys keep talking about how this game doesn't matter and how money isn't a big issue. Fair enough. But Tim is doing the same thing. So I wouldn't criticize him.

So who cares? I know the Elves do the same thing. We have enough money (even as a season 2 team).

Anyway, there's no doubt that DDL is a good team. I ranked them 6th in my initial power rankings, though right now I'd put them at T-1, with K-Zoo and Chicago. Philly falls right behind at #4 because of the extra loss, but the win against the Stangs still looks impressive.
