running 50-50 recently.

was pleasantly surprised to get a name change approved in under 24 hours. i can recall those used to take a week or more.
also did have one request that seems to be taking a few days (although not urgent)

I have one from Jan 27 that got a pretty quick reply of "I don't know, I'm guessing this, but I'll check" and then no response since then. And the guess was definitely wrong.
