Firstly I don't know that the SAs are whats doing this. Is it possible that every offense I have ever faced was a morale eating machine that somehow depleted my defenses morale even though we were winning early? That seems unlikely.

And if it IS the answer, then my observation would be that the SAs are over powered. You should not be able to use those SAs to over come early losses and destroy an opponents morale in one drive.

Will there be morale?

Because that was the point of my OP.

As to the notion that discussing GLB1 morale is pointless, I disagree.

The two games seem to be a little similar.

As if they shared a common core.

If so and the same over done morale system is in place then that would be the point I am making - please do not do that Bort! Fix it!

I think thats a valid discussion.

EEA (opponent) first drive is a punt, after one conversion. All Defenders were 100 morale at the end of the drive.

EEA second drive kick off from me starts out with a couple of CBs with 97 and 99 morale. Somehow they have lost 4 to 6 morale points despite forcing the other guy to punt.

The drive ends with their scoring, and during that drive is when the defense went to 88 or so.

So yeah they mostly lost 15 points in one drive.

Players losing morale while giving up points seems to be working as intended?

If you mean they're both football MMORPGs, you're right. Attributes are completely different so the sim is obviously different.

Yes. It's in fact MORE important than it is here. That is all.

Yes, I told you twice already how it works.

Players losing 15% of their morale while giving up one TD while their team is still winning.

Seems over done to me.

Think of it this way.

If its 15% for a TD, and your team is winning 49 to 35, your morale is going to be zilch on defense - even though you are winning by two Touchdowns.

Thats stupid. If you are up 49 to 35 you should be amped.

Again I say...fix ur confidence. My team hasn't given up 15 morale on any TD drive scored against us this season.

Not to mention your morale goes up again for good plays. So if your next drive you moved the chains for some first downs and scored, you would have essentially built up most of your morale to where it was.

And, if not, that's how comebacks happen in real life.

Unanswered points hurt, even if you are up a couple scores.

Then despite making the bad guys punt twice in a row, my KR rolls on to the field with a morale of 84 and voila coughs up the ball.

This Morale system sucks Bort. Do not fck up your new game with it.

Your KR has 29 in Confidence and 61 in Carrying with Equipment

You need to worry more about the builds than the morale system, the guy has a history of fumbling the ball and with perfect morale should be fumbling the ball on returns

Morale draining SA's are a strong part of the offense.
