If you can't handle a joke/troll then why did you post this in the forums rather then filing a support ticket and getting an answer from only support? (Oh you probably are too stupid to do that)
Now, what you should do, is tell your "friend" to be patient and wait for support to do their job. If you don't think they will, and he can't count on the game, then I don't see a point in him returning anyhow... Thanks.. STFU... and Have a nice day
