multi colored EQ (where you have 4 pieces of different colors) gives a small vision penalty to the players on the other teams, but incurs a confidence penalty to the wearer

wearing a solid color will make a player more confident, but will also make him easier to spot by the other team

Its been tried, I don't think the vision penalty Is that effective

X factor is based on Flex purchased that season.

Catch emailed me and said to activate the "X" factor, you need to remove your equipment on days you player is not playing and put it on for game days. This triggers training breakthroughs and a higher energy setting for games so dot performs better.
