the OP question was to explain vis , TT .... do that .....

I stated that 130 would be a waste and even at the high end for QB's ..... no one said you have to go over 100 including enhancements .... the throwing to vis ratio of 1/.7-.8 would be completely debatable

You must always consider what you are giving up in order to get vision higher, that will be the biggest problem with pumping vision.
