Post a thread calling out the entire team after a loss. Talk like you believe this game is RL football and you're a real coach. Threaten to make them run wind sprints, bear crawls, bleachers, ect... Then when someone responds threaten to bench his dot(s). If that doesn't work, start threatening to kick people off the team. If all else fails, pick a random dot to cut and then tell the team you was making an example of him.

Then you haven't been looking, as it's often the cause of church shootings. Most serial killers also identify themselves as atheist or agnostic, although whether or not you consider their acts to be related to that is debatable.

There's lots of ways to get team members to post, yet I've found that even if you simply ask for all to indicate whether tactics are "set", some users will NEVER say a peep. I don't know if it's a lack of typing skills or xenophobia...
1. Music threads - everyone likes music and I've seen the "never ending song threads" go 100s of pages.
2. MLB / NFL / NBA threads, heck, I've even seen NHL, ESL and fricking cricket threads - we wouldn't play this game if we didn't like sports and we all have our favs. Seen a few Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giant threads go ballistic...
3. Sexy pics - the SLAP Megan Fox thread is an all time classic...
4. Dot brag threads - this usually ends up with someone butt hurt, but they can be fun and entertaining.
5. Goofy time - when I owned Rapa Nui Moai, I would play the role of team shaman - complete with stories of tribal chants and dances. Joke threads fit in this category - just be off the wall and don't take yourselves so seriously - this is a game, right?
