Everyone who ever played Goldeneye for the N64 knows that strafing makes you run faster.

I'm honestly surprised you don't see more sprinters heading to the finish line looking at 45 degrees to the side and running diagonally.

And I suppose if they code cutbacks at angles they would be effective just the same

..... and then people complain that the proper turn was not made in a desperate move .... ...... and offer observations about probable GLB relics when this kind of stuff happens all the time .... ....

.... it's a moot point regarding function and all the observations regarding the move needing to be different are crap and are now traveling to crap hell

Not really sure what your point is, the change clearly effected how pursiut works in a negative way, even if the play call had been better and then the players on that side got faked or broken tackles we'd be talking about the same issue. All we're asking for here is for the pusuit to work in a realistic way.

I agree. In general things look much better. That doesn't mean, however, that some things are still not right.

Seeing that defenders ran into each other and took one another out of the play since as long as I can remember its important to bring items like this to light while the change is still fresh in hopes it will get fixed sooner rather than later.

DarkRogue has already said the defensive play call wasn't idea and understands the play would've been a big play with or without the CB changing direction. If you've watched any football, you've seen players use angles to stop a play...usually when they were out of position. The fact that the CB took a decent angle and then abandoned it is the issue. Not the fact he had to take the angle.
