Agility will end at 107, that's a solid number.
If speed ends around 90, that's a solid number.
Carrying should be 85+.
Strength should be 80+.
Jumping should be 65+ (people are going to be attempting a lot of diving tackles due to the agility and angles).
You can put all EQ into speed or you can split it up into speed/strength/carrying.
N.B. it all depends on what you want your final build to be. It doesn't matter that you make a break tackle build if you didn't plan on break tackle SAs. If you are going to have a ton of agility and carrying and you don't invest in fake % AEQ and fake SAs, then the plan was all for nothing.
My rushing QB gets more carries than most, but that is because he is pretty much automatic for 2 yards in short yardage situations on a QB sneak.
I'm actually considering building an rQB that takes First Step, Dive 4 Yards, Mr. First Down, and Clutch just so that on third or fourth and short he can move the chains.

You can rollout, power it, sneak it, or throw a screen.
