I tried to find one higher than this guy back in the day and I couldn't. Would surprise me if one didn't exist though.

Monsterkill had a couple of WRs that were 170 SPD a few seasons ago....... extremely tough to pull off on a 5 major build.

Why is it difficult? Keep pumping it with sp's and training it from day 1. It's not hard.
