how many team cities are actually cities?
I bet if you did this 2-3 years ago you'd have significantly different results. The people that were more into "realistic" mmo type stuff have moved on and left the more hardcore gamer people behind. Those people don't tend to care about things like a city actually being a city.
plus teams aren't starting in USA or South America and looking for cities and alliteration.

No gtfoHate to point out the obvious but why does it matter if teams are in capitol cities anyways? Most capitol cities couldn't support a franchise if they tried. Jeff City Mo. is so dang small it probably can't support a pair of balls without some serious elastic. I know. And Cheyenne Wyo?... seriously? 2 coffee shops and a run down hardware store? The criteria for cities to have franchise teams is ya gotta be BIG enough to SUPPORT a team. If that ever changes, lemme know... cuz Springfield Mo should be the new home of the N.Y Knicks when they ever give up and move.
