Tell noasianbri to sign their punter to the team (Jacksonville Enaccs / Somewhere Out There whatever it is now) and adjust the DC... that should solve it

I suspected this was the case, but you'll need to file a Support ticket to get this fixed. Its a server issue which we have no way of looking into.
