Plz not to be derailing this from the fact this is a simple issue with a simple fix. Just because Catch doesn't understand how AIs work or football logic as it applies to timing, doesn't mean the actual programmers cant make the simple adjustment.

Sorry. You are right.

You guys are so sensitive. Good lord how do you live day to day?

So, the next time you try to pay for something at a Walmart and a network glitch causes the transaction to get declined, I guess you'll be okay with it if the cashier shouts in a loud voice, "Wow, man, you need to keep better track of your money so your card doesn't get declined!"

That was a dick move by Catch.

If you're offended by us calling out your employer when he pulls a dick move, suck it up, Nancy, and quit being so sensitive.

Definitely. Just because he can do something doesn't mean he should do it. In fact, many of us are banned from time to time for posting PMs. Honestly, I think this is a far worse offense. I would call for catch's firing again, but last time I did that based on his lack of use of the tools afforded him, he had me forum banned. Hmmmmmm.

Eh, I'm not gonna call for his firing, but he should at least apologize.

One time a bird shat in my hand...

Reminds me of another colloquialism..."You can shit in one hand and wish in the other...see which one fills up first."

I am not offended at all. I do however find it funny when people get all butthurt on a message board and then try and back it up with examples like going to walmart. As if they are remotely the same thing.

Also you forgot the part where the customer demanded that the card works and makes a big fit about it in the first place.

im confused cuz the default has one at 10 seconds with a timeout and one with 30 seconds without

I'm really much more concerned about them fixing this simple logic then how Catch talks to me, although I appreciate yall calling him out. He is irrelevant to my game experience and already displayed his ignorance earlier when he tried to call out my AI, only to be proven wrong.

Mine has one input at 20 seconds with any timeouts. Never has strayed me wrong in a FG situation.

well idk

anyway if you lose cuz you left 21 seconds on the clock you should probably blame your coverage team and defense anyway

You're missing the whole point of my analogy. Both are customer service interactions where the employee believes they've caught the customer making a mistake.

In the Walmart example, it is not the cashier's place to deliver loud, rude "advice" to the customer with the intent of embarrassing them in a public setting.

Nor is it Catch's place to deliver loud, rude "advice" to jtrav with the intent of embarrassing him in a public setting.

That's irrelevant because they never under any circumstances should have gotten the ball back in the first place.

In both examples it is the customer making the loud public setting. Regardless the examples aren't remotely similar.

I don't believe a game issue such as this should be relegated to a private conversation.

Fact is: Catch is an EMPLOYEE. If I understand correctly, he is on the payroll. Therefore, he represents the company as a whole. His reaction was dickish. He went into the guys' AI, put him on blast on the forums, and then basically insulted him. I don't think this is so much "OMG I'M SO OFFENDED" (the OP isn't really bothered anyway), and more "Way to be completely unprofessional."
