You only earn these "owner" points if your team has 40+ non-cpu players (min-roster size) for day 1-40 of a season. Nothing to do with "winning" or "championships", imo.

I like the chem heal as it does figure into team chemistry to have ownership continuity.

+1 Best Suggestion I've heard in a long time. This idea reminds me of Teams like the Giants and Steelers that have alot of History and great Ownership / Front Office.

if you wanted to work in the idea of keeping a continually competitive team, you could base the # of tokens you get on the league you're in. Or give a bonus if you make the playoffs.

I don't think it's necessary, because no one is going to buy a team and just let it sit for 5 seasons so they can start building up ownership tokens.

It would be easy enough to put something in place to guard against. Like some of the ideas listed earlier.

No, not necessarily. Though it has been put in front of Catch and the Admins. Don't know much past that. Fwiw, I really like this idea.
