I don't think complexity is the main issue. This game is complex, but its not that complex. I suck at math and I get it, and there are actually a number of good posts about how to learn fairly easy and quick. The real issue is getting that information in one solid place, with a few concise statements explaining the basics of builds, seasons, teams & sims that an average person with basic game knowledge can understand. 5 minute video/Tutorial thread/AskaMod links to the PM, anything that can help them. Honestly having seen some of the build conversations recently, there are some vets that could probably use the same thing
