You don't stop putting skill points into an attribute when its 90+ if you are enhancing it 50%. You will reach 100 too soon where it drops to 1% gains. Let someone who does know please answer....thx.

thats not what you asked...... i assumed it was training not adding sps....
but 87 or 83 or 81depends on what position and what archetype....
youre pretty rude for someone who is almost always wrong. youre the type to get fired from a regional pro #8 comission team dc job
