Great game Corey. We got very lucky with the timely INT to hold on at the end.

Look at the roughnecks next 3 games.....http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=275

I feel you there, corey. The Billy Goats last few games are going to be a tough stretch as well.

Nobody has an end to their season like the Heat:

07/01/2008 at Rotterdam Roughnecks
07/03/2008 Multiple Scorgasms
07/05/2008 Rohrheim Stampede
07/07/2008 at Valencia Billy Goats
07/09/2008 Reykjavík Aggies
07/11/2008 at Helsinki Horned Frogs
07/13/2008 at E-City Mercenaries

Thank god we eked out a win today, or our playoff prospects would be really bleak.

It's true. The all-powerful predictor spreadsheet says so!

W-L of remaining opponents:

Rk__Team_________________W___L___T____%_____PF____PA__
..1 . . Valencia Billy Goats. . . . . . . . 42 . . 18 . . 0 . . 70% . . 2,050 . . ...799
..2 . . Rohrheim Stampede. . . . . . . 41 . . 19 . . 0 . . 68% . . 2,196 . . ...838
..3 . . Reykjavik Aggies. . . . . . . . . . . 41 . . 19 . . 0 . . 68% . . 1,901 . . ...890
..4 . . Frankfurt HEAT . . . . . . . . . . . . 36 . . 24 . . 0 . . 60% . . 1,808 . . 1,374
..5 . . MA Trolls. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 35 . . 25 . . 0 . . 58% . . 2,051 . . ...919
..6 . . Multiple Scorgasms. . . . . . . . 33 . . 27 . . 0 . . 55% . . 1,742 . . 2,183
..7 . . DFools AllStars. . . . . . . . . . . . 31 . . 29 . . 0 . . 52% . . 1,859 . . 1,103
..8 . . Oslo Berserkers. . . . . . . . . . . 30 . . 30 . . 0 . . 50% . . 1,650 . . 1,250
..9 . . Helsinki Horned Frogs . . . . . 30 . . 30 . . 0 . . 50% . . 1,513 . . 1,182
10 . . Rotterdam Roughnecks. . . . 30 . . 30 . . 0 . . 50% . . 1,506 . . 2,324
11 . . SOUTH TEXAS TIGERS . . . . 26 . . 34 . . 0 . . 43% . . 1,149 . . 1,387
12 . . Oxford Eagles. . . . . . . . . . . . . 23 . . 37 . . 0 . . 38% . . 1,339 . . 3,166
13 . . SGPO . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 23 . . 37 . . 0 . . 38% . . 1,280 . . 1,966
14 . . Paris Musketeers. . . . . . . . . . 22 . . 38 . . 0 . . 37% . . 1,295 . . 1,498
15 . . Korb Destroyers. . . . . . . . . . . 19 . . 41 . . 0 . . 32% . . 1,059 . . 1,662
16 . . Bari Barracudas. . . . . . . . . . . 18 . . 42 . . 0 . . 30% . . 1,120 . . 2,977

Although....this is just number crunching, not predicting...

This is also just using the Zeta Data though. If you look at the top 3 using the 16th game (and current records) it looks like this:

T1. Rohrheim . . .49 - 21
T1. Reykjavik . . . 49 - 21
3. Valencia . . . . .48 - 22

And if you use the projected standings, it looks like this:

1. Rohrheim . . . 54 - 21
2. Reykjavik . . . .53 - 22
3. Valencia . . . . 51 - 24

So technically it's Rohrheim with the toughest. All 3 have tough schedules regardless.

Trolls still have unresolved offensive woes... cant figure out whats going wrong. I think Im more afraid of our offense than you are.

Rohrheim is as well.

The defenses in this conference are running the show at the moment.

True that...until the O tactics get more bells and whistles, D rules.

Oh well. The Stampede is going to solve their offensive problems and get back to running people over anytime now

Meh, to hell with that. Defense is important of course but field goal rallies make for boring football. Gimme some long bombs and a few RB's hurdling over the Defense any day.

<3 my D Coordinator(who is going to rub the wujacks game in my face for this post.)
