Give away CPU teams for free during the season. it would give prospective owners a chance to learn about owning a team. Give people who want to be coordinators a chance to learn. They could either decide to keep the team after the season and play the flex or team would go CPU.

Might as well do something with them.

Why would anyone buy a team, just wait for the season to start and get one for free?

I would think most of the Dots would be signed by the time the season starts. I would think it would be difficult to field a team after the season starts, right?

Not if a network plans for it.

I see what you are saying. They would have all their players unsigned until day 1, then sign them all. I think that would be pretty easy for GLB to spot and ban the team owner who did it.

Maybe make the free teams available between day 5 and 25. On day 25 they go back to CPU. The idea is to give agents a chance to test drive some of the tougher things to do like own teams and coordinate.

What they should do is make the pee wee league a non boosting league, split it between regular and casual, so everyone can learn how to build/own and be competitive, with no one gaining an advantage from boosting, since pee wee is a one and done league anyway, no one has too worry about long term building. in that leauge , you can test builds, gameplans whatever and not have to worry about resetting, or moving up.
