I hardly want to argue with you since this is both of our opinions and we all know that opinions are different. But I have had WAY more than 4 players. I have only a few now, because of MY opinion that the game is not as fun as it once was.
I have spent quite a few dollars here so your argument to me sounds a bit like you are trying to suck up to staff here rather than respect MY opinion.

If YOU still enjoy it, then that is wonderful. I'm glad that people do have this to enjoy. But for you to say its because of my lack of trophies and players is a bit ridiculous. It would imply to anyone new here that if you do not win or have a ton of players then its not fun. I have given the game less and less time over the years, because its not fun anymore. I was HERE when it was. That's when Bort was active and running things.

I have just over 2000 flex left before I no longer check in at all.
I;ve been wasting some to try and use them up.

If I could get a refund, I would be gone already.

You certainly do not help to recruit new players here by implying that they must meet certain criteria.

Sometimes, you hurt the cause more than help.

Just MY opinion. I hope you continue to enjoy winning fake trophy's if that is what makes it fun for you. We (my son and I) just enjoyed building players.

Thanks,

Have Fun

QUOTE=AZSEAfan]I don't think any of that construes a fair statement. While you have been here a long time, it appears (by your profile page) that you currently own a Casual team, your only trophy as an owner was as a Casual team owner, and you haven't won any other trophies since season 21. I'm not saying any of that to slam you personally, it's just that you may be in need a running a real team instead of a Casual one, and get some better dot-builders and coordinators around you to have more success. You also seem to have only 3 players total (in over 4 years of playing) when you combine your retired with your active guys. Ownership is so much more fun when you have more invested into it, whether it's through gameplanning, watching film, or watching your own dots perform. Winning also makes it alot more entertaining as an owner as you get to see your hard work actually "mean" something.

As far as support goes, I too have been here since Season 2 and have owned the same franchise since Season 8. I have never had a single problem with any of the folks with support. From my experience, they've been rapid with their responses and if you've got a LEGITIMATE problem...they're totally on the ball.

Most team owners or agents that have played for a while know what criteria needs to be met to win. With that being said, personally i am down to help a new guy out with building players and so on. I think the big mistake that a new guy can do is buy a team right off the bat. I got a feel for the game for 3-4 seasons before I purchased a team. Even then I realized that I had a lot more to learn builds wise before there was any type of winning going on.

Been here since Season 2. Bought my first team in the middle of last season. This season is our first official season. I love it!

Its worth it to at least try. If you don't like it than sell it or let it expire. The more you put in the more you get back in my opinion.

Having a team for prospective recruits to look at is much better than a PF. Never buy a PF for the purpose of organizing your roster. You will just be forever stuck with a useless PF.

I know if I'm hunkering to create a dot in the offseason I'm going to commit to the team that can say "here, look...this is a link to our team I'll send you a GM invite/access to our team forum" versus someone posting a thread offering to invite me to a PF.

A PF is only 100 RP or 100 FP, not a lot and well worth it as you can use it for any future teams you start up too

And buying a prorated team is about the same amount but much more attractive to recruits.

It's basically the difference between someone trying to sell you something from a brick and mortar store vs. a windowless van.

Everybody's different but the guy has already stated that he's going to wait until the end of the season anyway so I guess this is all irrelevant haha

Since he already has the roster in place and he's just buying a farm team then no, it doesn't really matter. For someone looking to field a serious, long term team I would strongly suggest buying this time of the season in order to get everything set up. Trust me, you do not want to set up AIs, packages, and plays while trying to recruit.

You can do all of that without having a team in the 'Tactics' tab at the top of the page

Sorry bro, but I'm telling you I've tried both routes. Setting up a PF without a team does not net you near the results as having a team during recruiting. People are leary of committing a dot to a team that doesn't exist.

Fair enough man, as said before, I think it depends on the person and what agents you recruit. Newer ones will want to see an actual team in place while more experienced agents will understand waiting until the end of the season for a team.

I agree

I had to go the PF route back when there was a waitlist but now I would go ahead and get a team and line things up
