It's not about cutting someone because they are banned. (Obviously... He' still on my fucking team and I've known he was banned for a few weeks now ) In fact, I never used the word "cut" in the OP at all. Not once. Go look, I'll wait.

First of all, I can cut anyone I want for any reason I want. I've spent the money to own the team, and I'll do as I please, thanks.

Secondly, I said it would (and this is important here, so read it again, and slowly if need be) it would help the team start preparing to move on without said dot.

If they are auto-training, they can stick around a while. (As was the case here.) The banned dot on my team hasn't yet missed a start because his effectiveness hasn't started to drop until just now.

But if they aren't training, and aren't adding SP, once they level up about 3 times, they're going to be a detriment on the field.

It's not about cutting anyone.

It's about giving team owners an alert that the agent to one of the dots on their team has been banned.

I figure the more you argue with "slow people", you tend to start sounding slow in just the manner of attempting to explain the ish.

Usually when a "slow person" figures it out, nobody knows because they are usually there by themselves after everyone has moved on to next phase...
(picture an elementary school that had no 3rd grade class and someone had to repeat the 4th grade the next year, they would have the teacher's complete attention that year! )

Use all the big, fancy words you want, it doesn't change the fact that cutting someone for getting a forum ban is a stupid idea.

One of the worst cases I've seen in recent memory.

But...

What if we're wrong? What if he's not trolling?

What if he's actually that fucking stupid?

Usually moments are masked with the idea of an intentional troll... like kids that fart and try to act like it wasn't them, and then when they can't run from the scent as it follows them, they just start to laugh and joke about it as if they meant to do it and will try to do it again but fail, and end up sh*'ing on themselves.

Bullshit. There is absolutely no trolling being done in any of your posts .

Oh, don't misunderstand, my first post was honest; I thought he was talking forum bans since nowhere in his post did he mention perma-ban. But after seeing agent after agent get their panties in a knot about a simple misunderstanding how could I pass up the chance to troll you clowns a bit.

Even now, after I've told you I was trolling, you're all still super heated. GLB forums are super serious business.

lolu.
